What payment methods do you accept?

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the products you’d like to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can choose your payment method at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, you may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at lanlinglan@hotmail.com. After cancellation, you can place a new order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order status online or through the carrier’s website.

What is your return policy?

You may return items for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns section for more details.

How do I return an item?

To return an item:
Contact us at lanlinglan@hotmail.com to request a return authorization number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Include a copy of your packing slip with the return authorization number written on it.
Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at lanlinglan@hotmail.com. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
