Refund and Returns Policy

Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from lanlingglobal.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at lanlinglan@hotmail.com to request a return authorization number.
2. Once you have received a return authorization number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip with the return authorization number written on it.
4. Return the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-made items
• Clearance items
• Sale items
• Used items

Damaged Items If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at lanlinglan@hotmail.com. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
